The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada – West (ICCC) is pleased to announce that three Vancouver restaurants will receive the Italian Quality Seal Certification, a prestigious recognition presented to restaurants around the world for their excellence in authenticity, creativity and use of traditional ingredients in Italian cuisine. The official presentation will take place on Monday, June 13th at the Italian Cultural Centre in Vancouver, BC at 5:30 pm.
This prestigious recognition – that promotes the image of top Italian Restaurants abroad and guarantees the highest quality of Italian hospitality standards – will be presented to the following local restaurants:
- Cibo Trattoria
- Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill and Enoteca
- Federico’s Supper Club
The certified restaurants will be recognized during a reception hosted by the Italian Chamber of Commerce. Invited guests and media will have a chance to sample delicacies prepared by the winning restaurants as well as to taste renowned wines from different regions of Italy.
